Brazil, my birthplace, where roots run deep. My mother, a farm girl who transformed into a visionary architect, and my father, a city dweller with a background in politics and journalism, crafted a unique narrative that paved the way for my own extraordinary journey in real estate.
In 2011, I embarked on a bold adventure to the U.S.A., driven by the quest for the American Dream; a mission my parents had aspired to, yet they entrusted me with the opportunity. By 2015, I earned my degree from the University of Michigan in International Business, Management, and Communications. But even before the cap and gown, I was making strides: a year immersed in a part-time internship with a forward-thinking real estate developer laid the foundation for my career.
Upon graduation, I dove headfirst into a full-time role in Acquisitions, abandoning conventional corporate paths that others might have chosen. Those formative hours spent on construction sites alongside my mother crystallized into a passion for transforming concepts into tangible realities, properties that breathe life, community, and purpose.
Fast forward a few years and over 90 acquisitions in retail and land, my journey has been a blend of diligence, strategic negotiations, and countless hours on platforms like CoStar.
With a strong foundation of experience, I took the leap to set out on my own, channeling my expertise into guiding clients across the spectrum, whether it's residential sales, new developments, or commercial transactions.
What I didn't anticipate was how much I would enjoy building businesses, not just selling properties.
In January of 2026, I joined Circuit Florida, a private motorsports country club and luxury residential development, as Sales & Membership Director. What began as a sales-focused role quickly evolved into something much broader. Beyond luxury real estate and membership sales, I found myself immersed in business development, strategic partnerships, operations, client experience, event execution, and growth initiatives.
That experience reinforced something I'd been building toward for years: my passion lies at the intersection of relationships, strategy, and execution. I enjoy identifying opportunities, creating systems, forging partnerships, and helping turn ambitious visions into thriving businesses. Whether launching a new initiative, cultivating key relationships, or driving revenue growth, I am energized by the challenge of taking an idea and helping bring it to life.
Today, my work extends far beyond traditional real estate. It sits at the crossroads of development, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and business growth, drawing on every chapter of my journey so far.
